good day my follow mummies in the house, pls is it good for someone to drink 3tins of liquid peak milk in a morning, Afternoon and Night a nursing mot

If you do so, it will purge you silly and you will loose electrolyte. @glitaz gave a gd suggestion. If you use milk normally you can take tea up to 10 times if you want. I believe we r talking about what we Nigerians call tea. That's cocoa, milk n sugar. Real tea may not be suitable

Only if you want to use it as a laxative. It purges now. You can tale lots of fluids including natural juices and water. Such amount of milk alone would be too much though
