@veejee, The egg yolk is good. It all depends on you and how well your baby tolerates it.

How about egg.i was told that it was advised in the hospital that mum should add one egg to their baby's pap .For protein.have anyone heard dis?

Very good n always add it to whatever food u wants to feed ur baby with
