Try taking palm wine, it has worked for many mothers then compliment it with moringa leave powder, u can add moringa powder to pap, with milk. Then drink lots of water, take more fluid diets daily e.g oats + milk, fruits and veggies as suggested earlier. Don't feel bad, some ppl dont lactate much, it doesn't make u less a mother.

Eat very nutritious meal n take enough veggie n fruits. U can also take well made pap
