If initially it was positive,, pray there nothing God cannot do, it happen to a sis of mine, she was hoping on God for fruit of womb for years, when she tookin lab said ,positive, 2nd time the same lab said negative, she left it till after 3mnth she went to scan they said the baby is there but outside the womb,to cut it short, as of today she a mother of 10mnths baby boy .so nothing God can't do.

Were u initially positive? If yes then keep praying but if No kindly bear in mind that der could be some other reason for delay in seeing ur period, which might not actually be pregnancy.
