Use warm water add salt well be clearing it often it will heal and get bit c white one not much because of baby tommy

@Khalli, thank u ma.d funniest thing is DAT d wound is not even from d tear,it was d hot water bath my mother insisted I sit on claiming it ll make my tear heal.

As for d wound, hope yu did ur Sitz Bath very well wen yu got back home and used d drugs given you religiously? If yes, and yu still ve d wound, pls see your doctor. As for d backache it may b due to wen you breastfeed ur baby or if yu ve bin stressing urself lately. Wen breastfeeding find a comfortable position with pillows supporting ur back or better still get a feeding pillow. If its stress, relax and get enough rest. Pls see ur doc for d wound.
