I think Ovaltine is good too cos when I was pregnant and went to register for ANC they told us not to take Lipton but Milo or ovaltine so it should be good. My opinion thou

Bread yes but soak it in.d Milk make shit no hard. I hvnt started beverage yet with my son tho he's almost 11months. Will do when he's 1 & I will use milo. Not sure of ovaltine
