That ur hubby isn't around is not a yardstick, a wide pelvis has nothing to do ur vaginal, they are two diff things. Having a tear or episiotiomy depends on if u are a FTM, size of ur baby, d elasticity of of Vaginal, ur ability to cooperate with ur midwife etc. Even ppl who had sex all through still have tears or episiotomy if need be. Just relax and follow ur midwife's instruction while in labour. Tear or not, a healthy baby and mum is all dat matters my dear.
