That means ur nipple is retracted or inverted. U will a midwife or doctor to help u with that. Before then, express d breastmilk and spoonfeed them, u should see a paediatrician for d number of mls and how often u should feed them after expressing d breastmilk. U can also use ur hand to pull d nipple out often.
