I experienced same, I would advice to increase your fluid intake and also try to enough rest cos I noticed then that whenever I sleep well I produce enough breastmilk. Don't give any form of solid yet, your baby's stomach is still developing

pls dont give family food now. if u can increase ur food intake. drink lots of fluids like tea, pap n liquid milk peak or anyone. then swallow garri with lots of vegetable soup. it will help. drink up to 3-4 eva bottle size water daily. cont. breast feeding it will save u from so many thgs. while d baby is save from diarrhea dat may arise out of some lil mistakes during food handling.
