Becombion is vitvB. Complex, for a 11day old baby with no diagnosis of vit Bs deficiency, there is no need for it. Even abidec which is multivitamin and vit C ain't necessary yet if your baby is well fed breast milk. The power of adequate breastfeeding supersedes all form of drug supplement for babies.
