Have you confirmed that what he has is Measles? There are many causes of similar skin Rashes like that of measles that may not necessarily be Measles. I will advise you take the child to the hospital for proper evaluation first

Should it even be Measles, there are possible explanations for a child previously immunized still having measles infection.
