It depends on ur purse and what ur baby can tolerate. I used peak baby and my baby tolerates it well, some mums say NAN or Lactogen is fine.

U can start with pap+ formula, then gradually introduce home made food in puree form e.g boiled plantain + boiled fish (deboned) or grounded caryfish pureed together, potatoes + liver or egg yolk pureed together, moimoi, yam, beans (remove d shaft before cooking, cook soft, then add grounded crayfish and little palm oil, no need to add salt, d crayfish will make it palatable), egg yolk daily etc. Home made are better dan cereals.
