A lot of things can cause a miscarriage, I suggest you see a doctor to have your pelvis checked out.
I understand your frustration but it's just 6 months. Note that Most couples are able to get pregnant within six months to a year. If you're unable to conceive after a full year of trying, it's a good idea to consult a fertility specialist.
Good morning Drs. Have been feeling pain at the lower part of my abdomen, mostly the right side and the two sides of my rib, I also urinate frequently. And get irritated by smell of some food like fish and smell of fuel(petrol) which makes me want to throw up. And aIso head ache.I saw my period last on 7th of this month. What can this be? I will advise you to do a blood pregnancy test in 7- 14 days to be sure. From your description, you spotted for 2 days before your period flow. If it was pregnancy, the light blood would have probably stopped in 2 days Maximum. I would have argued it was implantation Bleeding. Read more about implantation bleeding online.

It usually last 1-2 days or less. Though some last up to 3 days but d flow will light and d colour will become more lighter till it stops. It could be dark red or brown or dark and atimes red. But one has to check with her doc to be sure its actually implantation bleeding.
