Her weight is not bad at 15 weeks but it can get better.Try breast feed her more, at least every 2 hours. Also, follow d feeding pattern on d formula.

If your breatmilk is not enough for your baby please buy good formular and add to it for your baby . Hope your baby is feeding well and sleeping well, if no development please see ur paediatrician.
