My baby is eating the same Nutribon rice cereal, i started at 6months and the poo is normal, something it can be greenish but she is healthy. But i guess why their poo is greenish is because of their teething stage. So i think your baby is fine.

It's because of the change of food. Babies normally experience when switching diet. E.g From breastfeeding to semi solid foods. Nothing to worry about
