@Sarah23968, mam pls let us be cautious in prescribing drugs to other mom if you are not a health professional. For instance, some kids/ individuals do have allergic reaction to the antihistamine (Promethazine) you prescribed. That is why it is always suggested to see Doctors for proper validation before drugs are use. Thank you

@Sarah23968, no malaria seen after the test, but the stool result will be out on Friday and we will see doctor altogether. Thanks for your concern

Please give him ORS and zinc to hydrate him. Try and go for a malaria test. Ensure you are treating the right thing. If there is no malaria then there might be a bad bacteria causing him to stool because he has been putting things into his mouth. When you take him to the doctor or a good pharmacist, he should prescribe a good antibiotics for your child and for the stool, you can use Promethazine syrup which should stop the stooling and continue with the ORS and zinc water. He will be fine.
