Warning bleed at 12 weeks with normal scan is suggestive of a "threatened miscarriage". Pls go back to the hospital. You will be placed on "strict bed rest" and be investigated and treated for common causes of threatened miscarriage like malaria in pregnancy, urinary tract infection, PID. etc. Goodluck!!!.
