Rules and Regulations of Q & A

Please read the following rules and regulations carefully. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to use the Q & A feature. If you decide to use the Q & A feature, you will be bind by the following rules and completely accept the terms of usage.

A: Cheating and punishment methods

1. The definition of cheat includes obtaining points by unfair and dubious means. Any form of self-questioning for point purposes, transfer of points, delivery points, etc. are all cheating.
2. Cheating
   • All points earned through improper and dubious means will be fully deducted.
   • If cheating is confirmed, the account of all users involved in the cheating will be deducted as appropriate, and in some circumstances, account(s) will be permanently banned.
   • All questions asked with the intentions of cheating by users will be dealt with seriously, and account will be removed/banned.

B: Rules and Regulations to follow while using Questions and Answers on babymigo
The following question or answer format will be deleted includes but not limited to;

• Meaningless questions will be deleted. e.g 1+1=?
• Post that that doesn’t translate to relatable questions will be deleted. Example: The weather is good today.
• Sharing phone numbers or asking users to join you on other social media chat or platform will be deleted. e.g: Want to find a friend to chat, add me Whatsapp/facebook/twitter etc: 070300000300
• Question relating to looking for an old friend will be deleted. E.g: Find my elementary school classmate.
• Answers with no relatable meaning will be deleted. E.g Top, Ibid, DSGdf, Like Answer
• Questions and answers where users ask for transactions, gifts,donations etc. will be deleted. E.g: I need help, donate to my baby’s birthday?
• Questions and answers seeking rent will be deleted. E.g: I need a rent accommodation in lekki Lagos?
• Any obvious plagiarised questions submitted in chronological order will be deleted.
• Answers to questions that are discriminatory, misleading, offensive to ethnic minorities , etc. will be deleted.
• If the a particular user answers a large number of different questions with the same answer, the user's answers will be deleted.
• Submitting a large number of simple questions of the same type in a short time will be treated by spam and user might be banned.
• Choosing meaningless answers as the best answer is a serious offence, user will be banned without any option of pleading.

Other questions and answers we don’t accept on Babymigo

Questions, answers, or comments that meet any of the following conditions will be deleted

A: Contains pornographic, violent, horror content

• Detailed description of sexual organs, sexual behaviors and sexual psychology.
• Spread of pornographic pictures or other pornographic contents
• Question on answers supporting physical, sexual or mental violence
• Seducing others to meet for sex or prostitution
• Hire and lure others to engage in violence
• Intimidate others
• Posting of links that meet the above characteristics

B: Trying to post questions or answers with the intent of Advertising

• Intentionally posting links of a website or forum in order to increase traffic.
• Advertising for an organization or individual
• Trading of any form of virtual items, virtual currency, loterry etc
• Promoting of MLM schemes, activities or organization is prohibited
• Posting of links that meet the above characteristics

C: Reactionary content

• Intentionally posting links of a website or forum in order to increase traffic.
• Advertising for an organization or individual
• Trading of any form of virtual items, virtual currency, loterry etc
• Promoting of MLM schemes, activities or organization is prohibited
• Posting of links that meet the above characteristics

D: Personal attack

• Intentionally posting links of a website or forum in order to increase traffic.
• Advertising for an organization or individual
• Trading of any form of virtual items, virtual currency, loterry etc
• Promoting of MLM schemes, activities or organization is prohibited
• Posting of links that meet the above characteristics

E: Violations of ethical and moral content

• Posting of contents that violates public morals.
• Promote decadent, negative outlook on life
• To induce suicide and describe suicide methods and processes
• Discrimination and devaluation of vulnerable groups such as disability, old age and poor economic conditions
• Post that promotes infringement of the rights of others, such as hacking, fraud, etc.
• Contents that may be disliked by others
• Posting of links that meet the above characteristics

F: Malicious Contents

• Asking and answering real names (non-public figures) and providing specific contact information.
• Discussion or questions that are malicious
• Questions or answers with title and details that are difficult to understand
• Multiple/ repeated questions within a short time
• Clearly copied answers from others
• Other valueless content that can be seen as derogatory

G: Content involving crimes committed aren’t allowed

• Promoting criminal offences.
• Lure or summoning of crowd gambling
• Promotion of bribery and fraud
• Other violations of our laws and regulations
• Provide links that meet the above characteristics

H: Other babymigo sites think it is inappropriate

Corresponding penalties

1. After the question is deleted, the offender’s points will be deducted by 20 points.
2. After the reply is deleted, the offender's points will be deducted by 10 points.
3. After the comment is deleted, the offender's points will be deducted by 5 points.
4. If the circumstances are serious, offenders will be punished with double penalty points, time specific-time bans or/and permanent bans depending of the severity of the offence

Protection of intellectual property rights of "Babymigo" users and third parties

A. Users of babymigo cannot infringe on intellectual property and other rights including other people's copyrights. Once an intellectual property issue arises because of a user's post, the responsibility is responsible for whatever he/she posts.

1. Don't copy and distribute the contents to Babymigo if you do not have the author's permission to copy, distribute or copy the work of others in whole or in part, and may infringe upon the copyright of others.
2. Users of Babymigo can report, criticize, educate, and research on other people’s work and can quote it within the scope and term of the source, but they must indicate the source. However,you’re not allowed to infringe on the author's terms and rights when it is cited. In this case, even if the source is citied, it is regarded as an infringement of copyright.

B. The works published by users on this website, Baozhidao has the right to reprint or use.

1. If case Babymigo users' opinions infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties. When the third parties raise an objection, users accept that babymigo has the right to delete the related content. If the dispute between the party and the person who posted the message are sorted and resolve. Babymigo may decide to recover the deleted content after receiving the relevant and derived evidence(s) at his discretion.
2. Babymigo cannot guarantee the correctness of the answers or comments posted by users.
