I am 40 weeks with no sign of labor, though had contractions when I was 36 weeks for two weeks and it stopped since then nothing.. I have try dancing

Please, see your doctor again. If nothing happens till next week. Your doctor might recommend Inducing labour (also called labour induction). This is when your health care provider gives you medicines or uses other methods to start your labour.
