I am 39 weeks today, and when I visited the hospital today, the doctor said, he will induce the pregnancy if I don't deliver till next week Tuesday.

Walk, walk and walk. You can also do squatting lightly and dancing too. It helped me a lot!

Try mild exercise like walking, Stretches, climbing staircases gently etc but please be careful and you can do that under supervision of family members, your husband or a midwife. That worked for me. I wish you safe delivery,Favour
