Try baby tribotan. I had similar experience with agnesia powder with my baby so what I do is rub the Agnesia powder at night only and rub coconut oil in the morning and afternoon which helped in peeling the skin or u can mix the agnesia powder with his regular baby powder in ratio 1:1 to minimise the effect

Thank you Elizabeth; I've tried Agnesia powder and it shrunk his skin, I was thinking if there's a cream that will handle the rashes without leaving his skin excessively dry.
