I'm 39 weeks and 2 days gone, how can I fasten labour ?

@Weyinmi23253, same here Dr, I am 39 weeks and have been contracting since 36 weeks, is been off /on but no show yet just that the V Discharge is very thick and white.... Did scan, baby is very down and I was 2cm when they checked my V three weeks ago... Am worried
