@margaret,I tried using Shea butter,it made it worse. So I was bathing him with local black soap and putting agnesia powder n it cleared

Well Tricia too much artificial chemicals shouldnt be too much on newly born babies, if u ve Shea butter I think it's ok to rub for d baby. Till he or she is strong. And for d alefo if it's much tk to d clinic to see doctor.
