@olufunmie, madam, it mau not be fake, u cm google check, oil (shear butter & coconut oil) mixed with sweat causes rashes. If ur baby is d type dt sweats, stay away frm oil in hot season,rather use lotion. when d rains come,enjoy ur oils.

Yes... You can apply baby tribotan to clear the rashes pending your search for original Shea butter.

Probably you got fake of Shea butter or coconut oil..... These two don't give rashes on babies at all..... If they are original then the rashes could be caused by something else.... I don't advise lotion on infant ! Except if confirmed okay.
