I'm Having problems sleeping on left side. This is my first pregnancy. How can I make it easy for me to sleep, please

I experienced same with my preg I cudnt sleep on my left side so I bought a maternity pillow and it helped or u cud prop up pillows on ur bed post and lie like u are on a beach bed it helped me

You can interchange but the left side is the best.
