Is it save to drink Milo tea while pregnant because a friend told me that Milo contains lot of caffeine ?

According to Nestle website, it says: MILO contains a small amount of caffeine, as caffeine is a natural component of the cocoa bean. It contains less than 10% of the amount found in a cup of instant coffee.
