What's the dosage of Dr Meyers folic acid + B12. I am currently 30weeks plus and have been advised to stop pregnacare.

Good day everyone . Pls my wife is about 5weeks plus pregnant  now and the Doc recommended this but anytime she takes it she feels somehow . E.g nauseous , very tired , but if she doesn't and takes Dr meyers folic acid she feels okay.  Do you recommend she starts pregcare during her first and 2nd trimester?

Kate is right, Pregnacare is best taken btw 1st and 2nd trimester so ur baby wont gain excess weight. Especially with Pregnacare Plus!

Pregna care is better taken b4 or in ur 2nd trimester, @ the 3rd trimester all ur baby does is adding up flesh.

Haa I took pregnacare till I put to bed and my baby was just 3.4kg oo and I think that is not big because no tear and normal V-delivery
