Please don't give your baby honey until he is a year older... As long as you still breastfeed.. It's the best. Every ailment will go. Better still, go to the hospital

Also Avoidance of smoke and people with cough and catarrh is very important too. No need for medications. If child should develop breathing difficulties kindly take to see a Paediatrician.
