Can I use Nospamin for my baby with digestive and Constipation problems? I have a set of twins. Two boys and one of them has difficulty keeping food down. He's on baby formula and he vomits a lot. I try giving him Nospamin before he eats.Sometimes it works.. Most times it doesn't. This just started a few weeks ago and they are a little over three months old. Please what can I do? Is this a cause for concern?

How old is baby; if she /he is over 1, pls give guava juice or mango.

Is it active vomiting or regurgitation? If it's regurgitation, please read more about it. If it's active vomiting, kindly take the child to the hospital for evaluation and please stop giving Nospamin!
