Hi Precious, the doctor recommended induction because your pregnancy has passed 40 weeks. Don't worry you're not alone. It happens to most pregnant mothers. Inducing labour (also called labour induction) is when your health care provider gives you medicines or uses other methods to start your labour. There's no problem at all.
