I have a boy of 1year +, he is running a high temperature and it's becoming frequent My doctor said we should go and run some (7) tests, which we did(malaria, widal, PCV, genotype, etc), from the test the lad technologist explain that he is having malaria parasite, typhoid. When the test was taken to the doctor, he recommended Ibuprofen, ACT +, Emzor paracetamol, which we start administering to him since Monday, at a point the temperature will come back to normal and when its around exam it will rise again, the doctor said we should add Augmentin which we have administered one dose for him around some minutes before Yom, yet the temperature is still Hugh. What can we do?

Children with fever need to be investigated appropriately, to make a diagnosis
Normal temperature is 36.5 to 37.5. Be worried about fever above 37.5
