I'm 18weeks pregnant today but I got no baby bumps showing yet. Although I'm having few cramps like pains, my question here is, is it normal to be 1

Then Slightly above the navel at 22 weeks. Like that, baby grows, womb gets bigger, and so do the bumps.

At 20 weeks, this will be at the level of your navel.

At 18weeks, the highest point of your womb will just be below your navel (i.e belly button). If you run your finger through, you will feel it.

If you're ftm. You will start to feel your baby kicking at 18 - 20weeks. So expect that soon.
