You should see a Paediatrician who will quantify the amount of urine the child passes in 24 hours....That is the only way we can truly be sure if the urine output is truly reduced or not

Alternatively, take off the diaper first and keep monitoring after feeds...Most babies will pass urine within 30 minutes of breastfeeding
