My baby who is three weeks poo is yellowish with some whitish in it. He can poo more than six times in a day. Any course for alarm?

For the poo frequency, kindly note that babies on exclusive breastfeeding can poo up to 12 times in a day or not at all for 2 weeks. As far as the poo is normal (yellow/mustard colour and egusi-like). There is no cause for worry.
