My One year old son putting a dead baby wall gecko in his mouth. Please is it poisonous?

This is an INCIDENCE that must be avoided. I don't think the wall gecko itself is poisonous but putting such things in the mouth is a serious source of infection. Always monitor toddlers... Never leave them unattended!
