Please what is the exact test that can be done to confirm if a child is asthmatic, My son had pneumonia sometimes around June last year and he was on Again around December, he has same pneumonia and they were saying it's allergy some said it's traces of pneumonia. They did all test and stray but nobody said exactly when it is. Please is there any particular test to confirm this apart from chest reading

It is the Recurrence of related symptoms coupled with family and personal history of asthma and other atopy/allergic conditions that suggest asthma. I will advice keep monitoring your child's case and most importantly always do a follow up with the doctor
