How do I bath a baby as first time mum if i don't have any elderly woman with me few days after birth. How do i treat tears of vaginal opening after b

I know how far feels, now let me break it down 1)to bathe ur baby use a washcloth ie a small towel to avoid pouring water in d nose. So after rubbing soap using d foam u can dip d wash cloth in water and control how u rinse it baby, then wipe d babys face gently. And use same cloth to gently massage d body too. 2)for d tear, sit in hot water after adding salt and detttol, let it not be too hot u will know d temperature u can cope with.and also take ibuprofen 400mg it helped d pain for me.and after a few days I changed from d big pad to normal size sanitary pad for comfort. 3)we started with Shea butter and local black soap n Dats Wat we still use. My nurse says DAT there is no need for hot water sit cos of d leather DAT is for stitching tears, if u use hot water it will melt it wch my result of stitch it again ad again ad my part is soft
