As per the stool, it depends on what the child is eating. Mucoid stools can also be a sign of infection....Observe for now, and if it persists see a Pediatrician for further evaluation.

Since it isn't sinking it is not diarrhea meanwhile complementary feeding should start at six month. Your baby should still be on EBF.

I introduced complimentary feeding 3 weeks ago. The pop doesn't sink completely into the diaper and the color is somehow dark yellow
