Pluck the red ones. Wash it carefully and thoroughly. Then boil it with enough clean water. Use it to bathe ur baby especially on d affected area. Then after the bath you can use any prescribed cream to rub the affected part. You can combine with Cacatin Cream to rub affected areas.
