@Oyinloye11000, you need to see a pediatric doc. It might not be teeth. Pls don't do self medication.

When I went to the hospital, I was advised not to give him anything till I see symptoms like he's in pain or so that sometimes babies don't even have crisis like most mums think they do. N truly my baby's teeth were out before I even noticed, I gave him paracetamol for the pains n that was all.

Dont give any medication for teething to ur baby. Most teething drugs contain just paracetamol and piriton. So y give when there's no fever or pain yet. If there is any complain, see ur doc.
