@areslite, u put some drops inside a bowl of hot water, dip a clean hanky inside d bowl of water squeeze out excess water from it and put it near his nostrils to inhale d steam for a while, it will help clear blocked nostrils.

@abiolakuku, thats for mother that put it directly on their baby's skin. According to paediatricians, its safe when used for steam inhalation.
