My daughter is a year and three months and am still seeing my flow, also till breastfeeding her till now, my issue is have been trying to get pregnant

If you're on exclusive breastfeeding, that can one of the reasons although some mothers also get pregnant while breastfeeding their child. You best play will be do a proper check up/consult a gynaecologist
