It is due to the effect of the maternal hormones on the breast tissues of the baby...After delivery, the maternal hormones in the baby will go down and the breasts will come to normal size...There is no need to do anything...Kindly leave it alone ...pressing will lead to mastitis - infection of the breast tissue and breast abscess (pus in the breast)...so just leave alone"
