I want to know if my daughter of 11 months old is teething and it comes with cough and catarrh, pls can I give her sinufed syrup which was prescribed

Most cough and catarrh are usually due to a viral infection which will normally run their course with or without any form of treatment hence we discourage abuse of antibiotics in that regard.
