My 3 months old baby poos everyday and sometimes 4 to 5 times a day pls what could be the cause because we r on exclusive breastfeeding.

Nothing to worry about. it's normal for them to poop after every feeding as well. The frequency of bowel movements can slow down between 3 and 6 weeks. Some babies continue the pattern of pooping after every feeding. Some baby poop five times a day.
