You certainly are not doing something right. What's her diet like?
Does she take lots of water, fruits and vegetables? You need to check this and do the needful. I'm also not certain the Doctors you have met haven't said this if truly you have been to one, then please go see a Paediatrician if after trying the above and it still persists.
