My baby of 6 months occasionally have noisy breathing(since I gave birth to him) we have been given zinnat, Piriton, Vitamin C, Azithromycin, allerginYesterday we went to the hospital they ran malaria test and it came out negative, after listening to his breathing with a stethoscope, yet again we are told it is allergies and was given PCM, vitamin c, allegin, Cough-ex, erythromycin which I started yesterday afternoon but to my greatest surprise, he still breathes loud and fast the temperature was down during the day(as usual) but since night till now I have not had any sleep likewise my baby. He lies down and the next thing he jumps up from the bed starts crying and the fever is even worse than it used to be. Please doctor help me out. What do you advise in all of these

In regards to the noisy breathing, there are many causes of such noisy breathing in babies and many of them do not require any antibiotics. It is better to see a paediatrician or an ENT surgeon for further evaluation

Please take your child to a teaching hospital to see a paediatrician preferably for a proper evaluation and management.
Treat as urgent as fast breathing is an emergency in children.
