You can give your 9 years old 1 tablet and give syrup 5ml to your 3 year old. You can not be giving them Everyday!! If they are running temperature after 24 hours, take them to the hospital for proper evaluation and treatment of the underlying cause of the fever

Yes your baby is underweight. He is supposed to double his weight by six months, add 1kg every month and the triple his weight by one year.
