How is the baby? Any bleeding or abnormal crying too long or loss of consciousness? If none of such, it is most likely a mild fall.....just watch and if you observe anything, see your doctor.

where did your baby fall from and what is the gravity of the fall?
Kindly keep a close watch on the child, watch for any rapid head swelling, change in behavior or any abnormal body movements that looks like seizure..
If you notice any of the above, present your baby at the hospital to see a paediatrician immediately.
If none, there's nothing to worry about.
But it is expedient you keep a close watch on your child to prevent a recurrence..
