Hello Mum,it is not the teething that is making your baby's stool watery,it id because babies are prone to pick things to scratch their gum, they tend to put anything into their mouth ,hygiene is one of the most important stuff to take note of, if the bay is being fed with feeding bottles, make sure you personally take care of them, if the stool is too frequent kindly see your paediatrician, do not do home treatment, Also keep the baby hydrated
